Since announcing our new club structure before Christmas, the club has managed to significantly increase its volunteer capacity with new members coming forward to assist with cricket, facilities and admin tasks.

This is absolutely great news and we have been delighted that these changes have had the desired effect.

However, we are yet to flesh out one important pillar of our new structure: Finance. As a club we will not be able to fully deliver on our on-field and off-field plans until we can significantly increase the money we raise as a club.

As such, we are still looking for a Head of Finance to take on the important task of co-ordinating our efforts to raise the club's revenues. We would love to talk with anyone interested in taking on this challenge.

Furthermore, we are looking for members who might not have the time to commit to the Head of Finance role but are still interested in helping in two broad areas:

1). Attracting new sponsors by contacting local businesses
2). Organising social and fundraising events and initiatives
